Send print-ready artwork, poster dimensions, quantities, and the campaign dates. Multiple posters at one placement count individually; 100 posters does not mean 100 separate locations.
Share your city, target audience, launch date, and the part of the budget reserved for printing versus installation. We will confirm availability and an agreed scope before work begins.

We provide photos of the completed installation. Set any additional reporting needs in advance. Outdoor display time depends on weather, surface condition, cleaning, and other activity; ask for separate repeat-installation or removal pricing where needed.

How soon can a campaign start?
Send your deadline, city, artwork status, and printing needs. The installation window is confirmed after checking availability and the agreed scope; same-day service is not assumed.
Will I receive photos?
Completion photos are included. If your team needs addresses, geotags, a specific folder structure, or additional reporting, include those requirements in the brief so they can be confirmed in the quote.
How long will posters or chalk stencils last?
Weather, surface condition, cleaning, and other activity can shorten outdoor display time. One installation round does not guarantee a fixed display period. Ask for separate monitoring, replacement, or removal pricing if needed.
How are payment and changes handled?
Your written quote confirms payment timing and campaign scope before work begins. Changes to quantity, artwork, route, dates, or removal can change the price; confirm any revision before proceeding.
