Wheatpasting costs by size and quantity · What affects chalk stencil costs
Wheatpasting uses adhesive to install paper posters on suitable, authorized surfaces. A campaign can group repeated artwork together or use several creatives across an agreed route.
The starting estimate includes 100 full-color 8.5 × 11-inch posters, printing, one installation round in one agreed local area, and completion photos. Larger formats, placement fees, repeat visits, travel outside the agreed area, and removal are quoted separately.
No. Each individual poster counts toward the quantity. Several posters may be grouped at one location. The quote should specify both the poster count and the intended placement approach.
Yes. Send the dimensions, paper details, quantity, and delivery date for an installation-only quote. Confirm material suitability before printing a new batch.
Send your deadline, city, artwork status, and printing needs. The installation window is confirmed after checking availability and the agreed scope; same-day service is not assumed.
Completion photos are included. If your team needs addresses, geotags, a specific folder structure, or additional reporting, include those requirements in the brief so they can be confirmed in the quote.
Weather, surface condition, cleaning, and other activity can shorten outdoor display time. One installation round does not guarantee a fixed display period. Ask for separate monitoring, replacement, or removal pricing if needed.
Your written quote confirms payment timing and campaign scope before work begins. Changes to quantity, artwork, route, dates, or removal can change the price; confirm any revision before proceeding.
No. Installation photos document the work, not the number of people who saw it. A dedicated QR code or campaign landing page can help you track responses, but scans are not a complete measure of street exposure.
